FUM’s sustainable campus

Following the principles of green architecture and efficient use of resources and energy are among the important goals in the future development of the FUM campus to achieve the following objectives  

    Promoting light green transport
    Promoting cycling on campus
    Fostering walkability
    Waste sorting
    Using a treatment plant to recycle grey water (water recycling)
    Non-hazardous building materials
    Employing environmentally complaint architectural styles
    Utilizing rooftops
    Taking advantage of natural light
    Protecting plant and animal species
    Generating and using renewable energy
